In the hours following the devastating earthquake in Haiti, health care professionals and Administrators from Loma Linda University Medical Center mobilized a carefully orchestrated relief effort. Teams of workers gathered medical supplies and basic necessities to send to the relief effort.
In addition, a crew documented the efforts of Adventist workers at the Hospital Adventiste d'Haiti in Port-au-Prince. Building on a longstanding relationship with the country, Andrew Haglund, an administrator for the relief hospital for Adventist Health International, led in the recovery project.
