No one. Perhaps he has no appropriate education or went to school somewhere else. Any info on that?

Well, I live in Africa, @timteichman. I am in Zimbabwe, the land that broke records of inflation. Corruption is rife not because of where we live but what each person decides. I admit that I have often been a lone voice against corruption. I am an Adventist since 1984. I do not intend to change because I think it is the best church available in our imperfect world.
Funny enough, I do not plan to settle in the west anytime soon.
