Kettering Health CEO Departs, Leaving Governance Questions

On November 2, 2022, Ohio-based Kettering Health announced the retirement of CEO Fred Manchur, effective December 21, 2022. The press release states, “Due to the lengthy nature of this search, and the fact that Mr. Manchur will be taking a leave of absence in advance of his retirement, the board will work to identify an interim CEO in the near future.”

In my opinion, anyone associated with the Willit, Perez, Manchur, regime’s should not be in charge of any part of a search committee for a new system CEO.
Unless of course they can honestly say and have learned from those above them of what not to do, or never become! But then, with that said, why did they not stop it from happening?
