In a way I’m glad this is happening with our SDA Church, it was prophecied by Ellen White. When a church doesn’t have the real Gospel, it does becomes a mess. No body can’t fix this mess, only Christ at His coming, and it will be soon, praise God!!!

The Gospel is Christ and Christ alone, which include His incarnation, His ministry, His sacrifice, His interception in Heaven and His return and finally His eternal Kingdom.

Yes, Christ’s life, death and resurrection is the Good News (Gospel) that His sacrifice has paid our debt, and we are accepted as if we lived the perfect life and we will be with Him in eternity.

Thank you Peter for your observations about the use of the word ‘clergy.’ The purpose of using the word ‘clergy’ was not to establish a ruling class of ecclastical authority, rather it was simply a word that was used to include both women pastors and women chaplains.

My point was that this term ‘clergy’ belongs to an alien theology. The word minister is generally used to cover both kinds of ministry.
