Another Sabbath again in this quarter that “Jacob’s well remains dry” and we we find no written commentary here on the rich treasure of texts from Deuteronomy but a reference to a time consuming video instead, that, by its form, defies intellectual accountability. Is that a new strategy of Spectrum? Is it for financial reasons? Has it become that difficult to find authors? Do they have to fear anything? Has someone pronounced a fatwa? What is the reason for such a sudden embrace of illiteracy while at the same time we study foundational scripture verses on education and the eternal covenant of the Invisible with us?
