I’ve had this happen to me, but this too (**as the program associated with quotes garbled what I wished to say. **) is incorrect assumption. To correct it, i cut the offending non-command from within the command space, and then, like magic, the offending program corrected itself!
You mis-typed your response within the command for quotation.
Any missing or added character within the brackets will “garble your quotation”.
I’m also rather quite certain that any “puzzlement” you believe Tim has resulted from your mistake is also a false assumption, for I am even more certain certain that he fully understood what you didn’t say…
